Be-Ge Seating Division, How students approach challenges today

At Be-Ge Seating we believe that staying relevant in a rapidly evolving industry requires continuous learning, curiosity, and close collaboration with future talent. One of the most valuable ways to achieve this is by working closely with universities and students who bring fresh perspectives, current knowledge, and new ways of thinking.

We are currently welcoming Alexander Good, 23 who is studying Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Product Development and Design at Jönköping University, where he is now in his second year. During his 8-week internship at Seating and Frapett, Alexander is guided by Mustafa Ahmed who once followed the same educational path and now contributes his professional experience back into the learning environment.

This is an opportunity to gain insight into how students approach challenges today, what they are learning, and how that knowledge can contribute to our ongoing development. At the same time, we aim to provide a practical environment where theoretical knowledge is transformed into real-world application.

We strongly believe that partnerships between companies and universities are essential not only to attract future talent, but to ensure continued innovation and competence within our industry.
