Last week, Managing Directors from across the Be-Ge Group gathered in Oskarshamn, Sweden, for two days of discussions, knowledge sharing and collaborative development during the Be-Ge Group Management Meeting.
This year's Management Meeting was held at Hotell Corallen in Oskarshamn and focused on several strategically important areas for the continued development of the Be-Ge Group. Key topics on the agenda included Sustainability, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Group Administration, Communication and IT.
The meeting provided an opportunity for participants to share experiences and perspectives from different parts of the Group, while discussing common opportunities, challenges and future priorities. Bringing together the Managing Directors from across the Be-Ge Group also helps strengthen collaboration and encourages continued knowledge sharing between the Group companies.
As part of the programme, the Management Meeting concluded with visits to Be-Ge Lastbilar and Be-Ge Seating AB in Oskarshamn. The participants had the opportunity to tour the new and renovated facilities and gain further insight into the ongoing development and investments within the companies.
The Be-Ge Group Management Meeting is an important platform for strengthening collaboration across the Group, creating alignment around key strategic topics and supporting the continued development of Be-Ge for the future.
