Urban Persson has held senior leadership positions for more than 25 years and has worked with several companies operating in similar fields. With a solid background in industry, he has gained broad experience in business management, business development and organisational development.
Earlier in his career, Urban worked at Ankarsrum Motors, where he had the opportunity to work closely with production, technology and market related matters. Over the years, he has gained valuable insight into how to run a company and the importance of skilled and motivated employees in creating long-term success.
Urban has lived in Oskarshamn since 1993 and has strong ties to the region. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, gardening and playing golf.
