A regular service and good maintenance work is an important part of a well-functioning facility and working environment.
Be-Ge Lackering works in different ways towards sustainability. A part of the sustainability work includes maintenance, where Be-Ge Industrilackering changes the filter every 14 days at the inlet and outlet, after which it is also changed when needed more frequently.
Filters on the roof and filters for the ovens are replaced once every six months. One type of filter used is called a bag filter or cassette filter, it consists of synthetic fibers built with progressive filter material which has self-supporting pockets. Every summer, maintenance work is also done where all filters are replaced and the entire facility is cleaned.
Painter's equipment is managed externally where cleaning of masks takes place once a year, it is also equipped with a filter cabinet where a check can be made when it is time to change the filter.
