Be-Ge Baltic in cooperation with the Klaipėda Technology Training Centre, contributed to the project “Competence Development – Better Quality of Vocational Education.” The aim of the project is to strengthen the technical and digital competencies of vocational teachers and to improve the alignment of vocational education with labor market needs. As part of the project, tailoring teachers from various vocational training institutions across Lithuania visited our company.
During the visits, the teachers were introduced to advanced manufacturing and sewing processes as well as modern technological solutions applied in the company, and they were introduced to Be-Ge Baltic’s activities. Specialists from different fields within the company participated in the training program, sharing their practical experience in the application of LEAN methods, digital pattern design, CAM technologies, and the MONITOR ERP system.
We are pleased to contribute to strengthening the quality of vocational education and to fostering closer cooperation between the education sector and business.
