During the summer, the entire Be-Ge Baltic UAB team began preparations for the implementation of our new business system MONITOR ERP as well as the updated version of the ETON system. Employees from all departments were actively involved in the work — everyone’s competence, time, and commitment have been crucial to ensuring that the systems reflect our operational processes and daily needs as closely as possible.
After an intensive period of preparations, workshops, and consultations, and in close cooperation with MONITOR and ETON consultants from Sweden and our IT team, MONITOR ERP and the new ETON solution were officially launched this week. This marks an important step in modernizing and improving the efficiency of the company’s operations.
We celebrated the successful implementation with a joint gathering of all employees — and, of course, a festive cake. The Managing Director, together with the Head of IT, congratulated the team, thanked everyone for their contributions, and encouraged all employees to continue developing their ways of working with support from the new systems.
We are confident that continuous improvement in MONITOR and ETON will create even greater value — both for the business and for our customers.
