The annual Be-Ge Baltic employee trip has become a cherished company tradition. This year, colleagues from different areas of the company – cutting, sewing, upholstering, quality control and administration – set off together to discover Samogitia.
Our first stops were the Karpėnai limestone quarry and Šaltiškiai clay quarry in Naujoji Akmenė. During the guided tour, we learned more about the quarries and their operations and had the opportunity to see the impressive scale of the work up close.
We continued our journey to Biržuvėnai Manor in the Telšiai district, where a local guide introduced us to the history of the manor and the traditions of noble life. We ended the day with a traditional noble-style lunch at Gražina’s Homestead, tasting dishes once enjoyed by Lithuanian nobility.
Our annual trip is a wonderful opportunity not only to discover new places in Lithuania, but also to spend time together outside our everyday work environment. New experiences, shared moments and time together strengthen the Be-Ge Baltic community and create memories that stay with us long after the journey ends.
