On the 4th of March, in the morning of Shrovetide, the Be-Ge Baltic team was unexpectedly visited by witty witches – our barely recognizable employees who manage to surprise their colleagues with more and more inventiveness every year. Many team members secretly look forward to this fun tradition every year, knowing that on the occasion of Shrovetide, the company’s hallways will be filled with laughter, dancing and mischief.
The witches, who visited and “enchanted” all the offices and production units, invited colleagues to a break from working and gather in the production facilities, where the production of passenger seats, driver seats, vehicle seats, wheelchairs and nursing equipment stopped for a moment. Real Shrovetide festivities was happening here —music was playing, dancing took place, and there was no lack of games and pancakes.
Such initiatives not only brighten up daily routine, but also strengthen the team’s unity and create traditions that we look forward to every year.
