On September 24th, a fire safety and evacuation trainings were organized at Be-Ge Baltic in collaboration with the FEZ area firefighting team.
On an ordinary working day, employees heard the fire siren signalling the need for immediate evacuation. They quickly and safely made their way out of the building, using the nearest exits and gathered at a designated meeting point in the yard.
Following the successful evacuation, the firefighters demonstrated the proper use of fire extinguishers and provided a valuable overview of fire safety procedures. A representative from the fire rescue service also took the opportunity to share important insights on the evacuation process and fire safety practices.
The goal of these trainings is to ensure that all employees can recognize potential fire hazards and respond effectively. Regular fire safety training is essential to equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to act confidently in case of an emergency. Therefore, the purpose of these fire safety and evacuation trainings is to provide vital knowledge and skills in the event of a fire, that is important to repeat periodically.
