This journey was not only an educational trip but also a meaningful part of our company\u2019s culture.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The day was full of experiences: we had a chance to explore the region\u2019s unique nature, admire architecture steeped in history, and taste traditional dishes. Our guide\u2019s stories gave us deeper insight into the character of the Pamario area \u2013 from the Auk\u0161tumala swamp to the river Nemunas Delta.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Most importantly, the excursion offered us an opportunity to get to know each other better, connect with colleagues in a different setting, share smiles and memories, and strengthen the connection that carries over into our everyday work.
