To reduce the risk of attacks on the Group's IT systems, Be-Ge has a strict policy regarding the handling of incoming and outgoing emails.\nIt means i.a. that incoming e-mail with incomplete identification of the sender's address is quarantined for a manual verification, which causes delays of the delivery of the e-mail to the intended recipient.<\/p>

To avoid delays the emails should have a valid SPF<\/strong> (hard policy) <\/strong>or<\/ins> a valid DKIM <\/strong>and<\/ins> the server sending the email also must support Minimum TLS version 1.2.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The concepts of DKIM and SPF play an important role in the authentication of incoming emails, an explanation of the concepts is given below. The basic purpose of them is to verify and authenticate the sender of an email to prevent a domain from being used by unauthorized persons. \nAccording to Be-Ge's e-mail policy, at least one approved SPF and \/ or valid DKIM is required in order not to be quarantined.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) verifies the identity of the sender of the email. With DKIM authentication, an email system can recognize if the incoming email is actually coming from you or not.<\/em><\/p>

DKIM also helps block spam and prevent other misuse of messages such as phishing.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is an email authentication that determines which servers can use the sender's domain as the sender address.<\/em><\/p>
